312^th Team Speak 3 Code of Conduct: Social Hall / General TS3

v Profanity will not be tolerated unless you are in an uncensored room

V Do not use voicebots or morphs excessively or without permission.

v If you are going to be away from your keyboard longer than fifteen minutes you should move to the "Away From Keyboard" chat room.

v If you are Pugging on another TS3 server remember to use the chat rooms made for it to show you're on the other server. Example: If you are on the Unofficial MWO Beta TS3 server then use  the room called: {On} The Unofficial MWO TS3

v You are Required to use the Black Trident Regiments of House Solveinean [TS3]

v You are allowed to be on the "No Guts No Galaxy" and "The Unofficial MWO Team Speak" but you should be on the [312th]Black Trident Regiment TS3 server as well.  You can open the other servers in new tabs.  If you don't know how to do this then ask and we will help you.

v All channels are moderated on the TS3 server as well as in the forums.  As stated before this means no profanity unless in an uncensored channel or a Dropship where a limited amount is allowed.  There will be no racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks of any kind allowed in any channel.  Any talk of this kind could result in up to immediate removal from the Legion.

v Excessive profanity and voice morphs will not be tolerated while in dropships.  You will be warned three times before being booted from the dropship.  Continued violations will result is being kicked from the server.

v During the drop comms should be focused on the battle at hand.

V Remember to use the dropships channel, while Running  dropship and not  the Social Hall

v All Briefings are to be recorded. 

v All Questions will be asked by typing them in the Briefing Channel.

v All Legionnaires must place the {312th} tag and rank, eg. -PVT- in thier nickname while on all other TS3 servers but our own. You will be assigned your rank on the 312^th TS3 Server so there is no need on ours.

v Example: {312^th}-PVT-MWOIDGOESHE

You are required to check the newsfeed at least every other day. There are exceptions if you are on leave or your not in a place or position to check it. Then let one of our officers know and we will see about placing you on leave and helping you get the updates. However, if you are getting on the MWO client and playing you have no reason to not check the website newsfeed on the front of our website. 

If you do not check the News feed regularly you will be warned, if you recieve three warnings you run the risk of demonation and removal from the 312th Black Trident Regiment.

The team speak three, has over 10GB space.

• You may upload the following to it
• Novels, Music (MP3 Only), Videos (No Porn period), Art, Programs, Games.
• All members have permission to upload and download freely.
• Notification: We do have the battletech novels upload and multiple field guides as well for those that are interested. We will also be adding the clients of other MMORPGs that we plan to expand on it at later date.  

• All Ranks may suggest improvements on the website and areas of expanding into other MMORPGs.  
• All Suggestions will be brought up in the General Briefing before being put up to vote in a poll format.
• Recommandation:  before making such a sugggestion you might consider outlining your idea on the forums and discussing it with other members before bring it forth.

• • Officer will address all Disciplinary Actions within the Conference Rooms of Union Class Dropships andLeopard Class Dropships. 
  • While in Conference you will record for it for the Commanding General and Generals Cabinet to review.
  • There should always be two officers present, while doing a Disciplinary Disscussion and the Highest rank will Address the Issue.
  • You will upload the recording of the Disciplinary Action into the File browser of the Conference room you wore in at the time of the action. 
  • Any issue you cannot resolve within three warning may be brought to the Generals Cabinet and then the issue will be addressed by General. If the General feels the matter warrents the attention of the Commanding General he or she can bring it to the Commanding General for the Final discision on the matter.

 Respecting the Ranks and Ranking Protocols:

• When addressing any person you should address them by both their Rank and name.
• Also Highest Rank should be in Command of the lance, unless the Lance Commander Orders you to lead the lance. Those who abuse this privilage will face Disciplinary actions.
• Any Captain can put in for perminent placement as Lance Commander, you must be approved by the Commanding General and receive the recommandation of at least two Generals of differenting ranks. There will however be exceptions to this if the Commanding General feels it is warrented. 
• Ranks are not determined by Experience only but Loyalty, Quality of Character and dedication to the 312th are the most important thing.
• Officers are required to deal with Disciplinary Actions as listed above and Enlisted men should bring issues to officers.

 Accouncement Feature and Channel Commander Speak Feature:

• The Accouncement Feature is only to be used by the ability Commanding General and Generals.
• When the Commanding General speaks in Accouncement; all chatter should briefly stop listen to the first announcement. Then you should hear "There will be announcement shortly" then after fifteen to five minutes it will continue continue on with the accouncement. If you miss the announcement due to battle then just send a private message to the Commanding General or General ask them what they said or ask a follow member that heard it what was said. 
• Channel Commander Speak is for Lance Commanders Only to Speak Solo to each other, this requires extra training do not abuse it.
